145th Annual Session Registration

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the registration system for the 145th Annual Session of the United Supreme Council, Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Prince Hall Affiliation, Northern Jurisdiction ("USC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our registration services.

2. Event Information

The 145th Annual Session will be held May 22-26, 2026, at the Detroit Renaissance Marriott Hotel, 400 Renaissance Center, Detroit, MI 48243. Registration through this system grants access to the Annual Session events as specified in your registration confirmation.

3. Eligibility

Registration is available to:

  • Fraters: Members in good standing of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Prince Hall Affiliation, Northern Jurisdiction
  • Loyal Ladies: Members of the Loyal Ladies auxiliary organization

By registering, you certify that you meet the eligibility requirements for your selected registrant type and classification.

4. Registration Fees

Registration fees vary by classification and registration period:

Registration Periods & Late Fees

  • Regular Registration: Through April 24, 2026 - No additional fee
  • Late Registration: April 25 - May 15, 2026 - Additional $50 late fee
  • On-Site Registration: May 16-26, 2026 - Additional $100 on-site fee

Additional Items

  • Additional Banquet Tickets: $150 (Fraters) / $125 (Loyal Ladies)
  • Commemorative Coins: $20 each

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely through Stripe
  • Check: Made payable to "United Supreme Council, NJ, PHA"
  • Installment Plan: Available for registrations completed before March 15, 2026. Three equal payments: upon registration, March 15, 2026, and April 15, 2026.

All fees are in US Dollars. Payment is required to complete registration. Registrations with pending check payments will be held until payment is received.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following schedule:

  • Before April 24, 2026: Full refund (100%)
  • April 25 - May 15, 2026: Partial refund (50%)
  • After May 15, 2026: No refunds

7. Registration Changes

You may update your registration information (contact details, additional tickets, etc.) through your dashboard until May 15, 2026. Classification changes that affect fees may require additional payment or may qualify for a partial refund based on the refund schedule above.

8. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Annual Session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, public health emergency, natural disaster, etc.), we will provide registrants with either a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future session.

9. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the principles and traditions of the Scottish Rite and Freemasonry. The USC reserves the right to revoke registration without refund for conduct that violates these standards or disrupts the Annual Session.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the USC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your registration or attendance at the Annual Session. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your registration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the registration system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
